Organic Salmon emanating from the Atlantic Ocean is on offer in this section. It’s the most expensive salmon in the British Isles, but it wins Gold at the Great Taste Awards and no other product comes near to it in terms of taste, texture and colour. Sometimes products are pricey because the demand is limited, but Ummera Smoked Salmon is worth paying the premium for as it is unique.
